Columna Capital’s 15th Anniversary & Annual Investor Meeting 2024

In June 2024, Columna Capital hosted its Annual Investor Meeting (AIM) in the stunning coastal town of Pyla-sur-Mer, France. This gathering brought together Limited Partners, portfolio company management teams, and the Columna leadership for a few days of thought-provoking and productive sessions, providing valuable opportunities to reflect on 15 successful years as a firm and to look ahead together.

The AIM offered a platform to celebrate Columna’s progress and explore current trends in the European lower mid-market, with a focus on our core sectors: Agri-food, Animal Health, Insurance & Business Services, and Healthcare. Key moments included an investor panel on market dynamics, an in-depth discussion on Italian healthcare trends, and a fireside chat with Hugues Salord, CEO of our portfolio company Santévet. Throughout the event, we were pleased to facilitate open and fruitful conversations on critical topics such as M&A strategies, talent retention, growing responsibly, and navigation of evolving regulations. This approach bolstered alignment, reinforcing our dedication to driving success through collaboration.

Beyond the formal agenda, attendees enjoyed time to connect in a relaxed setting, with shared meals and activities in the scenic Arcachon Bay and Bordeaux area. These moments deepened relationships – old and new – and reaffirmed the shared vision and values at the heart of our work.
