Columna Capital Fund I is fully realised following the sale of SantéVet Group to Columna SantéVet S.à r.l, a single-asset co-investment structure managed by Columna which also raised €150 million in committed growth capital.

In 2021, both the Datamars and Bianalisi investments were also transferred to single-asset co-investment structures managed by Columna while raising significant growth capital to fund future growth.

The total combined net return to Columna Capital Fund I investors amounts to 3.24x invested capital.
