Rory is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Columna. He has over 25 years’ experience in private equity, banking and operational management. Prior to Columna, he was a Partner at ESO Capital, an Executive Director at D.B. Zwirn and the CFO/co-founder of Surplex. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
Rory holds a BA (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris, Oxford, Berlin). He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
Andrea is a Partner at Columna. He has over 25 years’ experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to Columna, he was a Partner at BS Private Equity (Milan), a leading Italian mid-market private equity group. He started his career in investment banking at Barclays Capital working both in Milan and London.
Andrea holds a BA (Hons) from Bocconi University (Italy). He is fluent in English, Italian and French.
Vilmos is a co-founder and Partner at Columna. He has over 25 years' experience in private equity, principal finance and advisory. Prior to Columna, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Markets Advisory Group at BlackRock. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President at Lone Star and an Executive Director in investment banking at Morgan Stanley where he started his career.
Vilmos holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris, Oxford, Berlin). He is fluent in English, German, Hungarian and French and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
Michael is a co-founder and Partner at Columna. He over 25 years’ experience in private equity, corporate restructuring and operational management. Prior to Columna, he was a Vice President at ESO Capital, a Director at FTI Consulting, a Senior Manager at PwC and the CFO of E-Loft.
Michael holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with Price Waterhouse in 1999. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
